Abrasion and impact resistant belts

DELTA
Conventional ply-belt, made up of textile layers bound together by a thin layer of rubber and two rubber covers

DYNA
Solid-woven belt with rubber covers. Its main characteristics are high life expectancy and high resistance to impacts and potential incidents

DYNA-P
a variation of a DYNA, using PVC covers instead of rubber. It is used in very special cases such as the transport of metallic parts

DELTAFLAM
The DELTAFLAM belt is composed of a carcass made of alternating textile and rubber layers and an upper and lower outer rubber cover. The upper cover protects the carcass from damage caused by the material being transported while the lower rubber cover protects it from abrasion by the supporting rollers.

DYNAFLAM
The DYNAFLAM belt is composed of a carcass made of a thick "solid-woven" fabric impregnated with a PVC paste and an upper and lower outer rubber cover.

Belts for the transport of oily and greasy materials

DELTAFAT
DELTAFAT plied belts are composed of a carcass made of alternating textile and rubber layers whih are then covered with outer rubber covers. The inner rubber layers function as a shock absorber. The upper outer cover protects the carcass from damage caused by the material being transported while the lower outer cover protects it from abrasion by the supporting rollers.

DYNAFAT
DYNAFAT "solid-woven" belts are are made of a single thick textile fabric layer impregnated with PVC and an upper and lower outer rubber cover to protect the textile carcass.
