Hinged Fasteners With Pre-Mounted Staples

Plated steel or non-magnetic stainless steel fasteners to meet the exacting standards of the Food Industry. The smooth low profile of MINI-RECORD makes it quick and easy to install full width joints in most light to medium duty conveyor belts. A continuous bottom plate ensures good alignment of the joint and easy introduction of the connecting pin. Non-magnetic stainless steel staples.

Each box contains 4 complete splices with connecting pins and retaining washers.
Lengths for standard belt width: 12" (300 mm), 18" (450 mm), 24" (600 mm), 36" (900 mm) , 42" (1050 mm), 48" (1200 mm). Other lengths on request

Connecting Pins
Flexible stainless steel Polymer-covered cable. Available in coils, by the meter.

Installation Tool: MR-FIX
This compact and lightweight application tool, made of steel and aluminum, allows the splicing of all three sizes of fsteners. The tool holds the belt and fasteners while the staples are driven through the belt with a punch and hammer.

Standard Length:

100 mm; other lengths (multiples of 100) on request.
Open ended, this hammer tool allows continuous lacing of wider belts.
